
Four patients were transported after a hit/run accident left an ambulance on its side and the car in flames on the 91 near Euclid, in Anaheim, at 4:30 a.m., according to the OCFA.
A silver Chevrolet Trax slammed into the ambulance at about 4:15 a.m. on the freeway near Euclid Street, tipping the ambulance over. The Chevrolet then caught fire and the driver got out and ran away before first responders arrived, according to KTLA.
Two OCFA paramedics, 1 CARE attendant and a young boy who was originally being transported had minor injuries.
The CHP is investigating.
