Advisory — Phone Scam Seeking Donations for Anaheim Public Library
ANAHEIM, Calif. (August 1, 2015) Recently, there have been multiple incidents reported of solicitation calls fraudulently seeking donations on behalf of the City of Anaheim Public Library. Please be advised the City of Anaheim Public Library is NOT soliciting phone donations.
The Anaheim Police Department advises that residents always verify phone solicitations prior to disclosing any personal or financial information.
