FULL ROAD CLOSURE MONDAY, JULY 28 AT KATELLA AVE./LEWIS ST. INTERSECTION
ANAHEIM, Calif. (July 25, 2014) – From Monday, July 28 at 9 a.m. thru Tuesday, July 29 at 9 a.m., the Katella Ave./Lewis St. intersection will be completely closed to thru traffic due to utility construction for Southern California Edison’s underground conversion project.
After the initial full closure, lanes may be opened periodically to allow traffic through the intersection, and crews will provide safe pedestrian access during construction. Traffic control crews will direct business employees and patrons.
The entire project construction is anticipated to take place 24 hours a day from July 28 – Aug. 2, with intermittent lane closures during this time.
Please plan accordingly and use alternate routes. Cerritos Ave. and Gene Autry Way are preferred detour routes.
