ANAHEIM/OC JOB FAIR AND EXPO SET FOR JUNE 11 AT THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER
200 employers offering 3,000 jobs, workshops, resume reviews and special resources for veterans
ANAHEIM, Calif. (June 4, 2014) – The 2014 Anaheim/OC Job Fair and Expo, to be held on Wednesday, June 11 at the Anaheim Convention Center, will celebrate its sixth anniversary of offering jobs, job assistance and career development resources to thousands of Southern California residents seeking employment or career growth.
Nearly 200 employers offering 3,000 jobs are expected to participate and meet one-on-one with job seekers at this event. In addition, job seekers can take advantage of career skills workshops, resume reviews and access to free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Admission and parking are also free.
This year’s Job Fair and Expo will offer veterans unique opportunities, including a priority entrance line, a veterans-specific workshop and a dedicated resume review station just for veterans. The Job Fair and Expo opening ceremony will feature a color guard from the California State Honor Guard and an Army reserve officer singing the National Anthem.
