ANAHEIM TO LAUNCH “FUN FACT FRIDAYS ON FACEBOOK” FEATURE
ANAHEIM, CA – (October 24, 2013) As the oldest and largest city in Orange County, there is a lot of interesting past, present and future information to learn and share about the City of Anaheim. Beginning tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 25, Anaheim’s Facebook page will launch Fun Fact Fridays on Facebook.
By liking the City of Anaheim’s Facebook page, you can be a part of the conversation, and share with others what makes Anaheim the center of Orange County. Your water cooler chat may go something like this:
“I’d love to learn more about our great city,” said Kate Rea.*
“Yes, there are many great tidbits to learn about Anaheim,” agreed Ella Rea.*
*Kate and Ella are not fictional characters, but were the daughters of the Rea family, early settlers of Anaheim. The family named their ranch “Katella Ranch” after their daughters. The original Anaheim wagon track was later named after them and is now Katella Ave.
