MULTIPLE EVENTS IN ANAHEIM THIS WEEKEND; PLAN AHEAD FOR ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC IN DOWNTOWN, RESORT AND PLATINUM TRIANGLE AREAS
ANAHEIM, CA – (September 19, 2013) Multiple events will take place this weekend in Anaheim, and residents and commuters are advised to plan ahead when visiting or traveling through Downtown Anaheim, the Anaheim Resort and Platinum Triangle areas this weekend.
DOWNTOWN ANAHEIM
Center Street Promenade
Saturday will feature the second annual OC Fest of Ales and 5K Run, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please note temporary and partial road closures will take place that morning, from 8:30 -11:00 a.m., on selected streets near Center Street Promenade, as follows:
•Harbor Blvd. between Broadway and North St.: Only Northbound will be closed; Southbound traffic will be allowed.
•La Palma Ave. between Harbor Blvd. and Anaheim Blvd.: Only Eastbound will be closed; Westbound traffic will be allowed.
•Anaheim Blvd. between Sycamore and Lincoln: Only Southbound will be closed; Northbound traffic will be allowed.
•Lincoln Ave. between Harbor Blvd. and Anaheim Blvd.: Both directions will be closed; No traffic will be allowed.

Games Friday – Sunday: Angels play the Seattle Mariners Friday at 7:05 p.m., Saturday at 6:05 p.m., and Sunday at 12:35 p.m.
Honda Center
Events Friday – Sunday: Concerts Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 4:45 p.m.; Anaheim Ducks play a preseason game Sunday at 5 p.m.
City National Grove of Anaheim
Saturday night concert begins at 8 p.m.
