ANAHEIM/OC JOB FAIR AND EXPO SET FOR JUNE 19 AT THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER
Fifth annual free event will connect job seekers and employers; hiring incentives available
ANAHEIM, Calif. (April 26, 2013) – The 2013 Anaheim/OC Job Fair and Expo, to be held on Wednesday, June 19 at the Anaheim Convention Center, will celebrate its fifth anniversary of offering jobs, job assistance and career development resources to thousands of Southern California residents seeking employment or career growth.
More than 150 employers offering 2,500 jobs are expected to participate and meet one-on-one with job seekers at the event. In addition, job seekers can take advantage of career skills workshops, resume reviews and access to free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Admission and parking are also free.
Resources for military veterans as well as hiring incentives from Anaheim’s Enterprise Zone designation will also be available to both job seekers and employers. The Enterprise Zone program, established by the State of California, serves to stimulate economic growth by providing tax credits for businesses located within the Enterprise Zone boundaries.

The Anaheim Convention Center is located at 800 W. Katella Ave. The Job Fair and Expo will run from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., and take place in Hall D.
