Anaheim, Orange, Santa Ana Chambers Make Business Connections at Joint Event
ANAHEIM, CA (March 8, 2012) – On March 14, the Anaheim, Orange, and Santa Ana chambers of commerce will bring their members together for a joint networking event at Sheraton Anaheim Hotel from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In addition to the expansive networking opportunities, the event will feature a presentation entitled “Building Business through Social Media.” The presentation will feature Christine Locke, Vice President, Marketing for Anaheim/Orange County Visitor and Convention Bureau, to discuss strategies behind one of Orange County’s highest profile social media campaigns. Following Locke, Evan Lazarus, CEO for LazBro, Inc., will explain how the local business community can leverage current social media campaigns to reach their own business goals.
At an event hosted by the three chambers in January 2012, nearly 150 business professionals showed up to expand their networking circle of influence. “Business-to-business relationships play a critical role in a healthy local environment,” said Todd Ament, president and CEO of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce. “This event generates a connection and a synergy between the business communities of our neighboring cities.”
Admission to the joint event is $20 for members of each chamber. Non-members are welcome to attend the event for $25 per person. Attendees are encouraged to preregister for the event by visiting one of the three chamber websites: www.AnaheimChamber.org, www.OrangeChamber.com, or www.SantaAnaChamber.com.
Sheraton Anaheim Hotel is located at 900 S. Disneyland Dr. in Anaheim.
