Two Anaheim men have been arrested in connection with a fight in downtown Huntington Beach that left Garrett Petersen, the 33-year-old manager of Thunder Burgrz & Pizza, located at 126 Main St. in Huntington Beach, into a coma early Saturday, officials said Sunday, according to the O.C. Register.
Mezich is now facing one count each of assault with serious bodily injury, a felony, and fighting in public, while Callan is facing one count of fighting in public.
Officers on foot patrol contacted about a fight shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday found the victim unconscious in the area of 300 Pacific Coast Highway, police said. Petersen was taken to a local hospital with what authorities described as a serious head injury.

Petersen is a former Kitchen Manager at the Gypsy Den in Santa Ana. He studied at Orange Coast college and lives in Huntington Beach.
